Supervision: You must bring your child and sign the form the first time. After that you can drop them off if they're old enough.

Cost: Free to use the facility for skating or BMX sessions. 4 week classes are $65. Private lessons are $40 each or $140 for a month.

Etnies Skatepark

Entnies in Lake Forest offers classes and private lessons in skateboarding, BMX, and inline skating. There are sessions available for skating and for BMX, and admission is free! They offer camps for Spring Break and summer, and even a couple of overnight campouts. Ages for classes and lessons are 6 and up.

Notes on skateboards

Skateboards with plastic wheels are harder to skate well with. There is a skate shop called Focus right across the street from Etnies. For $100 you can get a basic board with good wheels. For $130 you can get an upgraded board.
